If you're visiting our page, you're probably one of our friends or family members, or perhaps someone we just met who wants
to get to know us a bit better. So, welcome to our home (page).
For our new friends, we provide a little insight about us as a couple on this home page (below). Then, we each have a page where we talk about stuff we do and enjoy. And of course
what would this site be (other than a bit of rambling on our parts) if we didn't have photos to share on the photos page.
If you need to get a hold of us, shoot us an e-mail using the "Let's Hear from You" button. Just know that we don't
always get to e-mail right away, so don't take it personally if we don't get right back with you about a message you send.
We met on Halloween of 1987 and vowed to be committed to one another on Valentine's Day of 1988 (see our picture from around that time in the upper left corner of this page) and have been enjoying life together ever since.
We strive to be honest, respectful and courteous, and we value others who do the same.
We're quite different from one another; we each offer a perspective and set of strengths. But we share a number
of interests, too. We enjoy the company of friends and family, and love to travel and eat good food.
We don't smoke (except Lloyd'll have an occasional cigar when we go out), don't drink too much
(hardly at all, really), and pretty much just live normal, everyday lives.
Occasionally (rarely anymore), we have times when one or both of us gets riled up about something,
but we're able to deal with those few-and-far-between events pretty easily, like the proverbial "old married couple."
We tend to be fiscal conservatives and social liberals - we believe that government should focus on providing for the
health, safety and welfare of all citizens. Beyond that, government should allow us to be free. We believe it is unjust
to selectively apply laws or to apply laws selectively, whether those laws were legislated or are derived from a belief system.
